GRATUITY
Gratuities are appreciated by our staff as recognition for their excellent service. For your convenience, we customarily suggest a 20 percent gratuity, however gratuities are left to the discretion of the guest. If you choose, you may opt to leave additional gratuity for your service provider.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This allows you to rest comfortably while thoroughly filling out your medical and preferential paperwork. It is crucial that any medical conditions be disclosed with your therapist as well as on your intake forms that we may offer the safest and most relaxing experience for your personal needs.

LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to all, please notify us 24 hours before the time of your appointment to avoid being charge 50% of the treatment fee.
For no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged.
Groups are subject to a 10-day cancellation policy. Please see the spa manager for additional information.

CELLULAR PHONES
We strive to provide all guests with a tranquil escape from the outside world. With this commitment in mind we ask that all pagers and cell phones be turned off before entering the spa.

VALUABLES
OUR RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO BRING VALUABLES TO
THE SPA. THE SPA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF YOUR
PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Spa Gift Certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. We will be more than happy to assemble a group of services that fit any personalities or special occasions. Gift Certificates may be purchased at the front desk or by phone and may not be redeemed for cash.
